Welcome to the applications provided by Wolf Agency Inc ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile applications (the "Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By creating an account or using our Apps, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Wolf Agency Inc and that you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

As these Apps are downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This agreement is concluded between you and Wolf Agency Inc only, and not with Apple.
• Wolf Agency Inc, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Apps and the content thereof.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Apps.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the Apps on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Apps.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use the Apps for any illegal purpose or to violate any local, state, or international law.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity through our services.

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, software, graphics, and logos) are the exclusive property of Wolf Agency Inc and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Apps immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolf Agency Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Apps. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the App.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
• You are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
